This Disclaimer applies to the TeamThrive mobile applications, the TeamThrive website at teamthrive.com, and all related features, content, and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by TeamThrive ("TeamThrive," "we," "our," or "us"), a product operated by [TeamThrive Legal Entity Name], a [entity type] organized under the laws of [State/Country], with its principal place of business at [Address]. 2. Platform Provided As Is
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TeamThrive disclaims all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. TeamThrive does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Platform is accurate, complete, or current.
3. Not the Organizer of Sporting Activities
TeamThrive is a software platform only. TeamThrive does not organize, host, coach, supervise, officiate, or take part in any practice, game, tryout, training session, camp, or other athletic activity, and is not responsible for the conduct, decisions, safety, supervision, or qualifications of any club, coach, organization, official, volunteer, parent, athlete, or other person. Responsibility for the safety and supervision of athletes, and for any sporting activity, rests with the clubs, organizations, coaches, parents, and guardians involved, not with TeamThrive.
4. No Vetting or Endorsement of Users
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, TeamThrive does not conduct background checks on, screen, vet, verify the identity or qualifications of, or endorse any club, coach, organization, recruiter, parent, athlete, or other user. 5. Schedules, Rosters, and User-Provided Information
Schedules, rosters, statistics, profiles, and other information on the Platform are provided by users and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. TeamThrive does not verify user-provided information and is not responsible for reliance on it. You should independently confirm times, locations, and other important details directly with your club, coach, or organization.
6. Recruitment Outcomes
Any recruitment, scouting, profile-visibility, or athlete-development features are tools only. TeamThrive does not act as an athletic agent, recruiter, advisor, or representative, and makes no promise or guarantee that any athlete will be discovered, contacted, recruited, offered a roster spot, scholarship, financial aid, or any other opportunity. TeamThrive does not advise on, and is not responsible for, the eligibility, amateurism, recruiting, or name, image, and likeness rules of any league, association, school, or governing body, all of which are your responsibility.
7. No Medical, Health, or Professional Advice
The Platform does not provide medical, health, fitness, nutritional, psychological, legal, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Platform should be relied on as such. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional regarding the health, safety, training, or development of an athlete, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something on the Platform. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
8. Assumption of Risk
Participation in sports and physical activity involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, those risks are assumed by the participants and the responsible adults, and not by TeamThrive, which does not control or supervise any such activity.
9. Third-Party Content and Links
The Platform may contain content from, or links to, third parties, including app stores, integrated services, and materials posted by other users. TeamThrive does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and the inclusion of any link or integration does not imply endorsement.
10. Limitation
The disclaimers in this document are subject to, and do not enlarge or reduce, the limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Service, and apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
